Return & Refund Policy

At Namami Ayur, we strive to deliver high-quality Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong product

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
• Opened or used products
• Products returned after the specified time frame

3. Return Request Time

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Proof Requirement

To process your request, you must provide:
• Clear photos or videos of the damaged/wrong product
• Order details

5. Refund Process

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Replacement Policy

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
